Unattended deaths are on the rise especially in times of high unemployment and the financial stress that has been placed on workers and their families. The restoration workers are carefully selected trained and monitored to remediate these situations. Other persons that play a role in the remediation are the adjusters family members and incident investigators that are on site. It is important that all parties understand the steps taken in restoring the scene back to its original state as quickly as possible. Also, it is important that all parties understand that third party inspections must be done to ensure that no possible remnants are left on site.
