  • Course Description

    This course introduces the participant to, and develops their skills in, successfully creating and managing insurance client relationships. Information and exercises will help improve understanding of these responsibilities and how to respond to the challenges of being an insurance producer.

    The challenges faced and issues raised in performing these responsibilities including risk identification, exposure based sales, and the legal issues facing producers, will also be discussed.

    This course consists of eight (8) sections of material delivered in a 1/2 day period.
