  • This seminar introduces participants to the steps leading to successful investigation of property insurance claims. Information and exercises will help improve the participant’s understanding of the role of the property claims adjuster in claims file administration and management.

    Topics include causation principles, coverage issues, effective case file management and current issues and legal trends that affect the settlement of first party property claims.
