  • Course Description

    This seminar introduces participants to, and develops their knowledge of, proper handling of automobile insurance claims with a specific focus on first and third party claim settlement.

    Information and exercises will improve the participants understanding of the importance of consistency in creating and managing case files, and the use of various resources in investigating automobile insurance claims.

    The case study allows participants to develop their skills in creating a properly constructed and documented file and facing the challenges of settling first and third party automobile insurance claims in respect to the interpretation of policy coverages.

    This seminar consists of eight (8) sections of material delivered in one (1) day.
