    This seminar will help participants understand the responsibilities of a bodily injury claims adjuster in respect to investigating, negotiating and settling bodily injury claims. Information and exercises will help improve the participants understanding of these responsibilities and how to respond to the challenges of being a bodily injury claims adjuster.

    This seminar consists of seven (7) sections of material delivered in a one (1) day period.
