This seminar will help participants understand the impact of insurance fraud on the insurance industry and society as a whole. Information and exercises will help participants identify clues to potentially fraudulent claims that exist even before a claim is reported.
Participants also explore how the Alberta Insurance Act and court rulings challenge methods of collecting evidence and the nature of such evidence.
This seminar consists of seven (7) sections of material delivered in a one (1) day period.
